Elysium Nexus is a credit infrastructure platform that provides business health monitoring, credit recommendations, and workflow automation for financial institutions. Full service descriptions will be provided prior to launch.
Use of Service
Acceptable use terms will be completed prior to launch, covering permitted uses, prohibited activities, and account responsibilities.
Intellectual Property
The Elysium Nexus platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Elysium Technologies Denmark and protected by intellectual property laws. Full intellectual property terms will be provided prior to launch.
Limitation of Liability
Liability limitations and warranty disclaimers will be provided prior to launch following review by legal counsel.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Full jurisdiction and dispute resolution details will be provided prior to launch.
